Simple Planner Notion Template

What is it?

This is a very simple planner template where you can start to record all your tasks and events.

Who is it for?

The is designed for beginners who want to use Notion but don't know where to start. I designed this template for a friend who had several teaching/coaching jobs and was finding it hard to keep track of her tasks. She'd never used Notion before so I designed this template to help her organise, focusing on simplicity and ease of use.

How does it work?

You enter your tasks and events into the table view, adding subtasks if you require them

You can view the tasks & events in 4 ways:

1. Table - lists all the tasks/events in a table
2. Calendar by Month - monthly view of all the tasks/events
3. Calendar by week - weekly view of all the tasks/events
4. Board - tasks/events in columns, one column for each status (Not Started, In Progress, Done, Archived)
5. List - a simple list of all tasks/events
